These Promotions Rules set out the terms for the following promotions operated by the Promoter:
Package Draws (Games of Chance)
League Rewards (Game of Skill)
At this time, Monthly Package Draws are offered for the Bronze Package only (including the Referrer Bonus Prize where applicable), SA and ACT excluded; Appendix A updated accordingly. Silver and Gold do not include Monthly Package Draw entries, prizes or Referrer Bonus Prizes unless expressly stated in updated Promotion Rules and Appendix A.

Clarification (28/01/2026): Clause 9 updated to confirm no secondary winner is drawn where there is no eligible referrer.
Account means a registered Ace of Sports platform account.
Eligible Entrant means a person who meets the eligibility requirements in clause 2.
Free Member means an Account holder who has not purchased any Package.
Paid Member means an Account holder who holds one or more active Packages.
Package means a Bronze, Silver, or Gold membership package offered by the Promoter. Not all Packages include Monthly Package Draw entry at all times.
Active Package means a Package that is not cancelled, refunded, chargebacked, or otherwise voided at the relevant Entry Cut-Off (defined below).
Referral means the platform-tracked referral recorded when a new Account is created using a referral link.
Referrer means the Eligible Entrant whose referral link was used by another Eligible Entrant to create an Account.
Entry Cut-Off means 11:59 PM on the last day of the relevant month.
Draw Time means 12:00 PM on the day after the Entry Cut-Off.
AET means Australian Eastern Time (Sydney/Melbourne time). Where marketing materials refer to “AEST”, read this as AET (AEST or AEDT depending on daylight saving).
Tickets means in-platform reward tokens that may be earned through participation (including tipping) and/or provided as part of membership benefits, and used for shop redemption/discounts only.
2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who reside in Australia, subject to clause 2.2 and where the relevant promotion is permitted by law.
2.2 Residents of the Australian Capital Territory and South Australia are excluded from the Monthly Package Draws. Any entries received from the ACT and SA in relation to the Monthly Package Draws are invalid and may be redrawn in accordance with these rules.
2.3 Directors, management, and staff (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and any agencies or suppliers directly associated with administering these promotions may be ineligible at the Promoter’s discretion.
2.4 The Promoter may require proof of eligibility (including age, residency, and Account ownership). Failure to provide proof upon request may result in disqualification.
2.5 Duplicate Accounts and self-referrals are prohibited. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has engaged in fraud, tampering, or behaviour intended to undermine fair participation.
2.6 League Rewards unaffected: League Rewards (Part B) are games of skill and are not purchase-conditional. Subject to applicable law, League Rewards may be available to Australian residents generally (any jurisdictions where a promotion is not permitted), because they are not games of chance and do not involve random draw entry mechanics.
3.1 The Promoter’s decisions (including eligibility and winner determination) are final, subject to applicable law.
3.2 The Promoter may disqualify entries that are incomplete, indecipherable, or do not comply with these rules.
3.3 Tickets: Points may convert to Tickets. Tickets are an in-platform reward mechanism used for shop redemption/discounts (as permitted by membership features) and do not provide or convert to entries into the Monthly Package Draws or Mega Giveaway.
3.4 The Promoter will keep reasonable records of promotions, including entries lists, draw logs, and winner notifications.
3.5 No mid-promotion changes: The Promoter will not make changes that materially disadvantage entrants after entries have been received for a promotion, except where required by law or where the change is fair and does not disadvantage entrants.
3.6 Changes and approvals (where applicable): If any change is required to a promotion that has commenced, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to notify entrants and will seek any required approvals and/or provide any required notifications to relevant regulators.
3.7 Future seasons / new rules: The Promoter may update entry mechanics, prize structures, and promotion formats for future seasons/years. Any updates will apply only to future promotions and will be published in updated terms and conditions before the relevant promotion period begins.
3.8 Goods/services being promoted: Ace of Sports operates an online sports tipping and engagement platform and an online shop offering sports-related products (including trading card boxes, memorabilia and collectibles). Bronze/Silver/Gold Packages are paid membership services that provide membership features and access to member-only shop offers, including the ability for Paid Members to redeem certain shop items using Tickets and/or apply Tickets as discounts on eligible products (as displayed in the shop at the time). The chance-based promotions described in these rules are incidental promotional benefits offered alongside those membership/shop services and platform engagement.
3.9 No betting / no wagering: Ace of Sports is not a wagering service. No odds are offered. Entrants do not stake money on sporting outcomes with the Promoter.
4.1 The Monthly Package Draws are chance-based draws offered as an incidental promotional benefit of the Promoter’s paid membership services for Eligible Entrants, currently offered for the Bronze Package only, subject to the Package being Active at the relevant Entry Cut-Off.
4.2 There is no Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) for the Monthly Package Draws because the draws operate as an incidental benefit of the membership service during the Promotion period. No separate entry fee is payable.
4.3 Packages are paid membership services that provide access to member features and member-only shop offers, including the ability for Paid Members to redeem certain items using Tickets earned through platform participation. Entries to Monthly Package Draws are not sold separately and are provided only as an incidental promotional benefit of these membership services.
4.4 The Monthly Package Draws are offered to Eligible Entrants who are Australian residents aged 18+ where permitted by law. ACT and SA residents are excluded (see clause 2.2).
Monthly draw names use the month + package tier:
Bronze Draw months: January, April, July, October
Silver and Gold monthly package draws are currently not offered.
6.1 An Eligible Entrant receives an entry for a Monthly Package Draw month as an incidental benefit only where they hold the relevant Active Package at the Entry Cut-Off for that draw month.
6.2 Entry Cut-Off: 11:59 PM AET on the last day of the relevant month.
6.3 Draw Time: 12:00 PM AET on the following day.
6.4 Packages purchased after the Entry Cut-Off do not create entries for that draw (no backdating).
7.1 As an incidental promotional benefit of holding a relevant Active Package (a paid membership service), an Eligible Entrant receives one (1) entry into the applicable Monthly Package Draw for that tier for each draw month where their Package remains Active at the Entry Cut-Off. No separate entry fee is payable.
7.2 Entries into Bronze Draw
Each Eligible Entrant receives one (1) entry into each Monthly Package Draw month for the tier(s) of Package they hold, provided the Package is Active at that month’s Entry Cut-Off.
Bronze Package: 1 entry in January, April, July, October (if Active at each relevant Entry Cut-Off).
Silver and Gold Packages do not include Monthly Package Draw entries unless updated in these Promotion Rules.
7.3 Package term and renewal
A Package is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and is billed annually at the time of purchase (and on renewal, if applicable), there’s no auto renewal and entrants must buy their packages for next season to be eligible for next year’s monthly draws.
7.4 No backdating of entries
Purchasing a Package after a Monthly Package Draw’s Entry Cut-Off does not give an entrant an entry into that month’s draw or any prior month’s draws.
Example: If an entrant purchases a Bronze Package in February or March, they are not eligible for that year’s January Bronze Draw, but may be eligible for April/July/October Bronze Draws (if the Package is Active at those Entry Cut-Off times) and for the following year’s January Bronze Draw if still Active at that time.
7.5 Entry is not increased by earlier purchase
Buying a Package earlier in the year does not create additional entries beyond the “1 entry per eligible Active Package at the relevant Entry Cut-Off” described in clause 7.2.
8.1 Bronze Draw Prize: AUD $500 cash
8.2 Silver and Gold Monthly Package Draw prizes are not currently offered.
9.1 In addition to the Bronze Monthly Package Draw Prize (clause 8.1), the Promoter will award a Referrer Bonus Prize of AUD $500 cash to an eligible Referrer where the winner has a valid eligible Referrer recorded, subject to clause 9.
9.2 If the Monthly Package Draw winner has a valid Referrer recorded on the Platform, and that Referrer is eligible under clause 2, the Promoter will award the Referrer Bonus Prize to the Referrer.
9.3 If the Monthly Package Draw winner has no Referrer recorded on the Platform, or the recorded Referrer is ineligible, then no Referrer Bonus Prize will be awarded for that month and there will be no secondary draw or secondary winner under this Promotion.
9.4 For clarity, the Monthly Package Draw Prize will be awarded to the Monthly Package Draw winner in all cases, and the Referrer Bonus Prize (if any) is awarded only to an eligible Referrer in accordance with clause 9.2.Total prize pool across all Bronze Monthly Package Draws during the Promotion Period is AUD $4,000 (including Referrer Bonus Prizes).
10.1 Winners will be drawn at the Draw Time using a third-party electronic random draw system, (e.g., a government-certified draw platform that generates a draw record/certificate).
10.2 The Promoter will retain evidence of the draw (e.g., draw certificate/video capture and entry list export).
11.1 The Promoter will contact winners using the registered email address (and may phone if email is unavailable).
11.2 Winners will be drawn from eligible entries and announced on the Promoter’s Instagram page the day after entries close at 12:00 PM AET, and saved in a non-expiring “Winners” highlight (or equivalent).
11.3 The Promoter will aim to notify winners within 13 hours of the draw.
12.1 Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of being notified by confirming required details (e.g., full name, Australian residential address, and bank details for payment).
12.2 Cash prizes will be paid by bank transfer within 2–3 business days of the Promoter confirming winner details (processing times may vary by bank).
13.1 If a prize is unclaimed within the period in clause 12.1, or a winner is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and a redraw held, provided the redraw method/date/time/place is specified in these rules.
13.2 Monthly Package Draw Redraw: Any redraw will occur at 12:00 PM AET on the next business day after the 30-day claim period ends, using the same draw method in clause 10, from the remaining eligible entries (excluding any prior winner for that prize).
14.1 League Rewards are skill-based competitions determined by tipping performance and scoring rules (not random draw).
14.2 There is no purchase necessary to participate in tipping or to win League Rewards. Free Members and Paid Members are eligible, subject to clause 2.
Each league awards one cash prize to the top ranked entrant:
Ace Super League Reward: AUD $5,000
Australian League Reward: AUD $2,000
European League Reward: AUD $1,000
North American League Reward: AUD $1,000
Asian League Reward: AUD $1,000
South American League Reward: AUD $500
African League Reward: AUD $500
Ace Weekly League Reward: No cash prize, ticket booster league
16.1 For league competitions, entrants tip the season winner. For knockout tournaments, entrants tip the final winner.
16.2 Points are awarded as follows:
- Correct Winner: 6 points
- Correct Runner-Up: 3 points
- Correct Winner + Runner-Up: 9 points
- Close Match (winner and runner-up swapped): 1 point
16.3 Ace Cards: Each entrant can claim 8 Ace Cards which can then be used to double points for selected tips, as supported by the platform.
17. 1 If two or more entrants are tied on total points at the end of a league/tournament, ties will be broken in this order:
- Higher number of correct Winner predictions (6-point outcomes).
- If still tied, higher number of correct Winner + Runner-Up predictions (9-point outcomes).
- If still tied, higher number of correct Runner-Up predictions (3-point outcomes).
- If still tied, higher number of correct tips where an Ace Card was used (i.e., Ace Card used on a correct outcome).
- If still tied, earliest timestamp of league entry/registration on the platform.
- If still tied, the Promoter will split the prize equally between the tied entrants.
18.1 League winners may be announced on Instagram and/or the Ace of Sports website.
18.2 Winners will be contacted via registered email (and may be phoned if email is unavailable).
18.3 Payment terms in clause 12 apply.
19.1 The Promoter collects personal information to administer these promotions and award prizes.
19.2 By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their information for administration and contacting winners.
20.1 Nothing in these rules limits any rights a consumer has under Australian Consumer Law.
20.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, Account access issues, or entry disruptions outside its reasonable control.
20.3 For the avoidance of doubt, the jurisdiction restrictions in clause 2 apply to the Monthly Package Draws. Where an entry is void/invalid due to jurisdiction restrictions, the Promoter is not liable for any loss associated with that invalid entry, subject to applicable law.
As at the date of these Promotion Rules, Monthly Package Draws are offered for the Bronze Package only (four draws during the Promotion Period). Each draw awards AUD $500 to the winner and AUD $500 to an eligible referrer where applicable. Total prize pool is AUD $4,000.
