3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1. Participation in AoS tipping leagues is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are legally permitted to use the Platform.

3.2. AoS may require proof of identity, age, residency, account ownership, or other eligibility information at any time.

3.3. AoS may disqualify any participant it reasonably believes has:
(a) breached the AoS Terms and Conditions;
(b) used multiple accounts;
(c) engaged in fraud, manipulation, collusion, bot use, script use, or other unfair conduct; or
(d) otherwise undermined the integrity of the Platform, tipping competitions, or prize process.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS

4.1. AoS tipping competitions are games of skill, not games of chance.

4.2. No purchase is required to participate in tipping leagues or to be eligible for league leaderboard prizes, unless AoS expressly states otherwise.

4.3. AoS will keep reasonable records relating to competitions, winners, prize fulfilment, and any verification carried out.

4.4. AoS may investigate suspected rule breaches and may adjust rankings, invalidate participation, or disqualify a participant where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

4.5. AoS may update these rules from time to time. Any change will apply prospectively from the time it is published, unless otherwise stated.

4.6. AoS will not make changes that materially disadvantage participants in an active competition without taking reasonable steps to notify affected users and provide any remedy required by law.

5. 2026 LEAGUE PRIZE COMPETITIONS

5.1. AoS currently offers skill-based cash leaderboard prizes in the following leagues only:
(a) Ace League - A$5,000
(b) Australian League - A$2,000
(c) European League - A$1,000

5.2. These league prize competitions are determined by final leaderboard position in accordance with the scoring, ranking and tie-break rules shown on the Platform.

6. OTHER LEAGUES

6.1. Other AoS leagues may remain open for tipping and ticket earning, but do not carry a cash leaderboard prize unless AoS expressly states otherwise on the Platform.

6.2. Participation in a league, or the ability to earn Tickets in a league, does not mean that league carries a cash prize.

7. HOW TIPPING WORKS

7.1. For league competitions, entrants tip the season winner and runner-up, or such other competition outcomes as stated on the Platform for the relevant league or competition.

7.2. Unless AoS states otherwise on the Platform, points are awarded as follows:
(a) Correct Winner: 6 points
(b) Correct Runner-Up: 3 points
(c) Correct Winner and Runner-Up: 9 points
(d) Close Match, where winner and runner-up are swapped: 1 point

7.3. Each entrant may be able to use Ace Cards in accordance with the functionality and rules shown on the Platform. Where supported by the Platform, Ace Cards may double points for selected tips.

8. TIE-BREAK RULES

8.1. If two or more entrants are tied on total points at the end of a league or competition, ties will be broken in this order:
(a) higher number of correct Winner predictions;
(b) if still tied, higher number of correct Winner and Runner-Up predictions;
(c) if still tied, higher number of correct Runner-Up predictions;
(d) if still tied, higher number of correct tips where an Ace Card was used on a correct outcome;
(e) if still tied, earliest timestamp of league entry or account registration on the Platform;
(f) if still tied, AoS may split the prize equally between the tied eligible entrants.

9. COMPETITION PERIOD AND LEADERBOARD LOCK

9.1. For the 2026 league prize competitions, final leaderboard standings for prize purposes will lock on 31 December 2026 at 11:59 PM Melbourne time.

9.2. No further changes to final leaderboard positions for prize purposes will be accepted after that time, except where AoS reasonably makes a correction to address technical issues, calculation errors, fraud, ineligible participation, rule breaches, or other competition integrity concerns.

10. WINNER DETERMINATION

10.1. Winners of the Ace League, Australian League and European League prize competitions will be determined based on the final locked leaderboard for each eligible league, in accordance with the Platform rules and these Rules.

10.2. If a participant is disqualified or found ineligible, AoS may remove that participant from the final standings and award the relevant prize to the next eligible participant based on the final leaderboard.

11. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE PAYMENT

11.1. Eligible winners will be notified in the first week of January 2027 using the contact details linked to their AoS account.

11.2. Prize payments for the Ace League, Australian League and European League will also be processed in the first week of January 2027, subject to winner verification and compliance with these Rules and the AoS Terms and Conditions.

11.3. AoS may require a winner to provide information reasonably necessary to complete prize payment, including identity details, residency details, and payment details.

12. VERIFICATION AND INELIGIBILITY

12.1 AoS may require a participant or winner to verify identity, age, residency, account ownership, or eligibility before a prize is awarded.

12.2. If a participant or winner:
(a) cannot be verified within a reasonable time;
(b) is found to be ineligible; or
(c) is found to have breached the AoS Terms and Conditions or these Rules,
AoS may disqualify that participant and award the prize to the next eligible participant based on the final leaderboard.

13. NO ACTIVE GIVEAWAYS OR MONTHLY PACKAGE DRAWS

13.1. For clarity, AoS is not currently running any active Bronze giveaway, monthly package draw, or other ongoing membership-based prize draw.

13.2. Any previous references to active giveaways, monthly package draws, referrer bonus prizes, or similar promotions no longer apply unless AoS expressly republishes such an offer on the Platform with separate rules.

14. TICKETS

14.1. Users may earn Tickets through participation and other platform actions in accordance with the AoS Terms and Conditions and the rules shown on the Platform.

14.2. Tickets are separate from league cash prizes and cannot be redeemed for cash.

14.3. The ability to earn or hold Tickets does not create any entitlement to a prize draw entry, cash prize, or giveaway unless AoS expressly states otherwise in separate rules.

15. PRIVACY

15.1. AoS collects personal information to administer competitions, verify winners, award prizes, operate the Platform, and comply with legal obligations.

15.2. By participating, users acknowledge that their personal information will be handled in accordance with the AoS Privacy Policy.

16. LIABILITY

16.1. Nothing in these Rules limits any rights a consumer has under the Australian Consumer Law.

16.3. AoS is not liable for any loss arising from a participant's breach of these Rules, the AoS Terms and Conditions, or any eligibility requirement.

17. Governing Documents

17.1. These Rules should be read together with the AoS Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

17.2. If there is any inconsistency between these Rules and the AoS Terms and Conditions, the AoS Terms and Conditions prevail unless AoS expressly states otherwise for a specific competition or promotion.
