No. Ace of Sports is a tipping competition and rewards platform. You’re not placing bets, there are no odds or stakes per game, and we don’t hold or pay out betting balances. You’re competing in tipping leagues for prizes and tickets that can be used for discounts in our shop and automatic entry into monthly giveaways.
Ace of Sports is primarily for Australian residents aged 18+. People outside Australia may be able to create an account and use some features, but certain leagues, giveaways and prizes may only be available to Australian residents due to legal and permit requirements.Giveaways/promotional draws are currently available to eligible Australian residents aged 18+ excluding SA and ACT. Eligibility is verified before prizes are awarded.
Yes. Tipping is free for all users (free and paid). Skill-based tipping prizes/leaderboard rewards can be won by free members too (subject to the specific rules for each competition).

No. Each person is allowed one Ace of Sports account. Multiple accounts can affect league fairness and may lead to suspension of all linked accounts.
Tickets are in-platform reward tokens used for shop discounts and Ticket-redemption items (where available). Tickets are not money, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Paid members can redeem Tickets in the shop. Non-members can still earn and accumulate Tickets, but cannot use them for shop discounts/redemptions unless they become a paid member. Welcome Tickets: Gold members receive 100 Tickets on sign-up, Silver receive 50, and Bronze receive 20.
Every Ace of Sports user – free or package holder – gets 8 Ace Cards each season. You can redeem your Ace Cards from the Ace Cards area in the top bar after you sign up.When you play an Ace Card on a game, it doubles the points you earn from that game’s final result. You’re in full control of how you use them:★ Use all 8 in one league to go hard in a single competition, or★ Spread them across different leagues and games to boost your chances more evenly.Once the results are confirmed, the doubled points from your Ace Card are added to your leaderboard total and ticket earnings for that league.
No, Tickets do not expire at the end of the season.
We have three packages - Bronze, Silver and Gold. A person can stash all three packages at once to boost the value from our platform. Packages give you extra benefits such as higher ticket multipliers, access to ticket only shop redemptions on certain items or better value when you redeem tickets in the shop. The exact benefits are listed on each package before you buy.
Packages are billed annually, and are non-refundable once purchased and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless required by Australian Consumer Law . If you have an issue, reach out to us at support@aceofsports.com and we’ll review it case-by-case.
We do not automatically renew your packages, all packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and it is the customer's choice to if they want to renew when their packages expire. If we offer auto-renew in the future, it will be clearly stated at checkout. You’ll always be told before you confirm payment whether your membership is a one-off or recurring and how to cancel.
If you miss a round, you simply won’t earn tickets for that round and it may impact your position on the leaderboard. We don’t backdate tips once games have started.
In all the leagues, the top tipper at the end of the season wins a cash prize and/or a premium reward. The prize structure, eligibility and any conditions will be clearly shown on each league’s page.
Giveaways are time-limited promotions where you can use your tickets to enter for a chance to win prizes (such as card boxes, memorabilia or cash). Each giveaway page will show - ★ The prize ★ The start and end time Only Bronze Giveaway is active until further notice. (4 Draws)Giveaways and prize draws are only available in eligible jurisdictions. Currently excluded: SA and ACT (unless and until we confirm otherwise in the Promotion Rules and/or on the Platform)
All the Giveaway winners are selected using a randomised process from all eligible entries. League-based prizes (e.g. “win the league, win cash”) are based on tipping performance, not random draws.
Physical prizes are usually dispatched in 5-7 business days after the winners are confirmed. Cash prizes are paid via bank transfer in 2-3 business days after the details of the customer has been obtained and verified. Full details will be included in the winner notification email.
Yes. You can buy some items at full price without a package, however, you'll still need to sign-up to Ace of Sports to access the shop. Members and strong tippers can use tickets to unlock better value and exclusive deals on products in the shop.
Shop items can be discounted either using tickets or purchasing a package. When you view a product, you’ll see whether:★ It can be purchased normally★ It has ticket-based savings ★ It is only available through certain promotions or giveaways.A package holder can use "Choose Redemption method" to see how much they'll be saving at the checkout page.
If you win a giveaway prize, the person who originally referred you to Ace of Sports (your Referrer) also wins the same giveaway prize or a prize of similar value. That means there are at most two winners for that giveaway prize: you and your Referrer. Your Referrer must have been linked to your account at sign-up (via referral link or code) and still be eligible under our terms at the time of the draw or league result, see promotion rules for more details. In case there's no referrer the referrer bonus is voided and only one winner is eligible for the prize.
If a referrer (A) holds a membership package and refers a friend (B), B will not be entered into the giveaway draw unless B also purchases and holds an active membership package during the promotion period. If B is selected as the winner, A will also receive a reward as long as A has an active Ace of Sports account and meets the promotion’s eligibility rules (for example age, location and account status); A does not need to purchase a membership to benefit, although A may choose to hold one. We’ll provide the same reward wherever possible, but if the exact item is unavailable or can’t legally be supplied where A lives, we may substitute a prize of similar type and equal value.
We currently ship to Australian addresses only. We’re working towards expanding to other regions in the future.Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is sent.
★ Trading card products and sealed boxes: For fairness and to prevent tampering, we can’t accept returns on opened or partially opened trading card products. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with photos and we’ll sort it out.★ Other merchandise: We don’t offer change-of-mind refunds as a standard policy, but we may choose to do more than the law requires as a goodwill gesture in specific cases or promotions.
We take fairness seriously. We may:★ Limit accounts to one per person★ Monitor for suspicious tipping patterns or collusion★ Void or adjust results if there is clear evidence of abuse or system errors.We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach our Terms & Conditions.
Yes. You must be 18 or over to hold an Ace of Sports account and participate in our tipping leagues, giveaways and shop promotions.
